Excellent heavy duty drill/ impact kit

I do home remodel for a living, so I’m always looking for a way to make the day easier and efficient. I got this kit to upgrade from my previous drill set. And I am impressed. Very high quality kit and very powerful. I’ve had to drill large holes with a hole saw, drilling into concrete, and a lot of different woodwork and both drill and impact went through everything without a problem. I’m very impressed and I actually think these might be the most powerful drills on the market. My favorite feature is on the drill. With the amount of power it has it is a little scary if it was to bind up on you. But it has a feature that if it binds up and wants to twist It will shut the drill off. And that’ll save a lot of wrist out there. That safety feature is priceless because I know a family member that lost an eye to a drill binding up. The kit is very heavy duty and comes with a hard case, A charger, two batteries, drill/ impact. A complete kit for the job. Another impressive feature is the ONE-KEYâ„¢ feature. You can connect your drill and impact to your phone and fine-tune them to whatever it is you want to do. Like I said, they’re very powerful so it’s nice to know that for more sensitive things I can turn it down and adjust. You can also lock it out if it gets stolen or if someone has an identical drill or impact you can identify it by having it blink. Just so many features with that system and you’d be surprised how much you want to use it. I can’t even think of anything negative to say because they are worth every penny. If you’re a homeowner buying it, it will be the last set you buy in your lifetime. For work I feel they’re going to last a very long time and they do good whether it’s 106° outside or freezing. Even the lighting on them is in a very good position to see what it is you’re working on. I really appreciate the lighting when I was doing some rough in plumbing for a shower. The impact is really freaking strong. Anything I’ve had to drive in from small screws to timber locks. It’s handled it without a problem. This \nkit is worth it for anyone in the market for kit. I know there is less expensive kits on the market, but this one can last a lifetime.

This Milwaukee M18 cordless hammer drill and impact driver combo set is another excellent addition to my Milwaukee collection of tools. I always like having a hard case and this one is perfect for these 2 tools, batteries, and battery charger. The tools have an AutoStop feature with control settings for Low, Medium, High for safety, LED status light, work lights, variable speed, safety lock, torque selection, belt hook, and the ONE-KEY feature for security. These are just a few of the great features of this Combo Kit - it will not disappoint you!\n\nThis 1/4" hex impact driver is one of my favorite drivers now, the power and torque impressed me! I like that it is smaller than my drills and drives screws into wood & metal easily. It is compact and gets into tight spaces without a hassle. Driving screws into pressure treated lumber with knots is no problem for this tool. It quickly loosens nuts and bolts. I especially like that I don't have to deal with a 3-jawed chuck - all I have to do is push the bit into the chuck! (I use my set of Milwaukee impact driver bits.) With the battery, it weighs 3 lbs., 15 oz.\n\nThe 1/2" hammer drill is only 6.9" long and quickly drills into brick, block or concrete. Included is the side handle which can be installed on the tool to support it if desired. With the battery attached, this drill weighs 5 lbs. \n\nThere is a 5-year warranty on the tools, and a 3-year warranty on the batteries. There is an instruction manual included for each tool and charger. Each battery is an M18 Redlithium XC 5.0Ah with an LED fuel gauge. The charger can charge both M12 and M18 batteries and the LED lights show charging status.
